The BabyCare app icon

Every nap, feed and change.
And what comes next.

BabyCare keeps the whole of your baby's day in one calm place — and, because it knows the typical wake window for every age, tells you when the next nap is due. No account. No analytics. Nothing leaves your phone.

The BabyCare home screen: a sleep coach card predicting the next nap, and cards for last sleep, last feed, last nappy and the next appointment.

One tap

Logging takes a second, because that's all you have.

At 3am you should not be hunting through menus. The things you do twenty times a day are one tap from wherever you already are.

  • Home Screen widgetsStart a nap, log a feed or a nappy without opening the app. The widget shows how long they've been awake and when they last fed.
  • Siri and Shortcuts“Log a feed in BabyCare.” Hands full, lights off, baby asleep on you — it still works.
  • Lock ScreenA running nap appears as a Live Activity, counting up, with the recommended wake time.
The sleep targets screen: nap count, nap length, daytime and night sleep and the wake window for a six-month-old, with a custom target from the parent's pediatrician in force.

Sleep coach

Wake windows, by age. Not by guesswork.

Every age has a window — how long a baby can comfortably stay awake before the next sleep. BabyCare knows them from newborn to two years, watches the clock from the last nap, and tells you when the next one is due and when to gently wake.

A single day laid out against the clock, with sleep drawn as blocks over the hours it covers and feeds and nappies marked at their times.

The whole picture

See the shape of a day, then the shape of a month.

A day view puts every entry against the clock — sleep drawn over the hours it actually covered, feeds and changes marked where they fell. Zoom out and the same records become trends: how sleep is consolidating, how far apart the feeds are drifting, where growth sits against WHO reference curves.

The insights screen: longest sleep, average gap between feeds, and fourteen-day charts of sleep, feeds and nappies per day.
A growth chart plotting weight against the WHO third-to-ninety-seventh percentile band, with the child tracking the median.

Privacy

We can't see your baby's data.
There is nowhere for us to look.

Most trackers ask you to make an account, then keep your child's records on their servers. BabyCare has no account and no servers. This isn't a policy we promise to keep — it's an architecture that makes the promise unnecessary.

  • Noaccount, ever. No email, no password, no sign-in. Open the app and start.
  • Noanalytics or tracking. No SDKs, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, no third parties.
  • Noservers of ours. The app makes no network calls of its own. It works identically in aeroplane mode.
  • Yesoptional iCloud sync. If you turn it on, records go to your private iCloud database, encrypted by Apple, reachable only by your Apple Account.
  • YesFace ID lock and at-rest encryption, so the journal is protected even if your phone isn't.
  • Yesyour data, exportable. PDF and CSV, whenever you want it, for your own records or your paediatrician.

Everything else

The rest of the first years, in the same app.

One journal rather than five. Everything below is included — most of it free.

Sleep & naps

Start and stop with one tap, or fix the times later. Location, quality and notes when you want them.

Feeds & pumping

Breast (left, right, both), bottle with millilitres, solids by name. Pumping sessions tracked separately.

Nappies

Wet, dirty, both or dry — with stool colour and a rash flag when something needs watching.

Health

Temperature, symptoms and medications, with repeat-dose reminders so the next one isn't guesswork.

Teeth & milestones

An interactive tooth chart, and age-appropriate milestones you can tick off as they arrive.

Vaccinations

The standard schedule by age, plus any extra doses your paediatrician adds.

Solids & allergens

First foods with dates and reactions, so an allergen introduction is a record and not a memory.

Memories

A photo journal grouped by month, stored on your device like everything else.

Reports

PDF and CSV export for a check-up, a childminder, or your own peace of mind.

Reminders

Predicted naps, when to wake, feeds and appointments. Every one optional.

More than one child

Switch between siblings; each keeps its own records, targets and reminders.

Three languages

English, Русский and Deutsch throughout — including Siri, the widgets and the exports.

Pricing

Free for the things you do every day.

Logging, reminders and the journal are free and stay free. Plus adds the parts that interpret what you've logged. Cancel whenever you like — your records are yours either way, and nothing you've written is ever deleted.

Questions

Before you download.

Does it work without internet?

Entirely. The app makes no network calls of its own, so every feature works in aeroplane mode. The only thing that touches the network is optional iCloud sync, and only if you switch it on.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Open the app, add your baby, start logging.

Can my partner see the same records?

Devices signed into the same Apple Account stay in sync automatically with iCloud sync on. For anyone else — a partner on their own account, a grandparent, a childminder — send a PDF or CSV snapshot from the app.

Is the sleep guidance medical advice?

No. Wake windows and growth curves are general reference information, based on widely published ranges and WHO standards. Babies vary enormously. Your paediatrician's advice and charts are the authoritative ones.

What happens to my data if I stop paying for Plus?

Nothing is deleted, ever. Everything you logged stays on your device and stays readable. The Plus features — predictions, insights, charts, export, history beyond a week — simply lock again until you resubscribe.

Which languages are supported?

English, Русский and Deutsch, throughout the app — including Siri phrases, the widgets, the reminders and the exported reports. The app follows your phone's language, or you can pick one in Settings.

A calmer record of the first years.

Kept on your phone, where it belongs.
